TOP TIP: To avoid losing key information or doubling up on data entry, use only a few key databases and sync them up with one another. You can experiment with creating different views, using the same sources of data in a variety of contexts. For inspiration, some examples of key databases and views have been listed within each department page, with tips on how to filter information into different views.

TOP TIP: You can add a filter to only show notes that are not marked as ‘Complete’. That way, you don’t need to see old or irrelevant notes on your homepage.
